Christie’s has an auction of more than 100 sexed-up images of Andy’s work, directly from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. It provides a glimpse into Warhol’s intimate world. Most of these images have never been seen before. (Like the shots below of my olds pals Benjamin Liu, Andy’s assistant for many years, eating a banana and the "male model" below who is OBVIOUSLY a jock-strapped Joey Arias. They both have looks on their faces as though they know EXACTLY what Andy is after.) Bidding already began on Thursday. It ends at noon EST on June 10.
